Can anyone say when the current version - v29.1.5 - will be approved? Can only install 1.4 .

@rmgillespiei i just checked and it seems opera have put this update in a manual moderation queue, so there is no way of knowing when it will be approved. if you want to always have the latest version, the best way is to use Chrome, as the updates are published the fastest on that platform.
Though there is also a browser extension for Opera, that lets you install Chrome extensions, so that might be another solution.

@ekopram no it doesnt. facebook regularly has bugs and glitches that cause things such as that. its nothing to do with fbp.
If you have any problems, please follow all the steps in the Troubleshooting Guide on the FAQ page on FBPURITY.COM
By doing that you will be able to find out exactly what is causing any issue.

@st333v:F.B. Purity is not yet compatible with the new Facebook Beta design, but Facebook have not yet finalised the design and have not yet rolled out the new design to everyone yet, and there are still methods for switching back to the old "blue bar" facebook design, where FBP still works fine. If you have the built in Facebook option to switch back to the old version ( which they call "Classic Mode") use that, but if you dont have the option to switch back, its still possible to get the old design back, by installing a "User Agent Switcher" extension, and setting the browser's "User Agent" aka "Browser ID" to ...... tysm Steve

So far it hasn't been working on Opera. I don't understand because it worked before. It says it is installed...

Hurry up and get a fix for switching to classic FB, I've had to use edge and it's so slow.

@bobby55:The revert option should work now in the latest version of FBP. However be aware that due to a bug in Opera, if you open Fcaebook via Opera's Speed Dial button, the Revert option won't work. You need to either open Facebook via a bookmark or by typing the URL in manually ( FB.COM works )

@st333v Hi, I´m using Opera Developer 73.0.3847.0 x64 and can´t even fix your extension on the main Opera´s bar.
I´ve tried to uninstalll and reinstall it several times but it just appears for a second.
This way I can´t have access to the extension features.
With the Old Layout for Facebook (broken again both in Opera and Chrome, fuck FB), it doesn´t happen.
What does it depends?
Is there a workaround before to trying the FB old design workaround?
Yours sincerely. -

@cybergata: From what I've been told, it only works if you are a page or group admin, so pretty pointless, as if you are a group or page admin, you already get the 48 hour revert option on the Group / Page admin console.
