Error message, double bar of likes/dislikes and unexpected JSON error on YouTube

Hello, Im gonna describe the problem:
I enter a youtube video and that's what appears, a second bar of likes and dislikes, an unknown error notification in the lower left of the screen and a text where the video should be saying "An error occurred, Please try again later (Play ID: [And here numbers and letters I don't understand]).

Sometimes it is solved by waiting, but other times you have to reload the page many times.
