The file save location setting has disappeared

In version 69.0.3686.57 of the right side panel "easy setup", the field for changing file downloads has disappeared.
In a previous version, this setting was very useful. Now you need to climb into the full list of settings and change the path for loading among thousands of parameters. Return everything as it was. How are you developers of the opera tired of breaking the interface as you please.

I often download different video tutorials and therefore constantly change the download directory. It was very convenient in the sidebar. Now I need to open ALL settings and rummage through a bunch of options to find the one I want. Your answer is just a slap in the face of users. They say we have removed a convenient option - so what! Look for her now elsewhere.
