Sync recovery?

So I tried to log in to my account, and to sync it asked for my pass phrase which I don't even remember setting.
I panicked and went to reset it, and now it's saying I have no sync data. No more bookmarks or nothing. Is there any possibility that I can recover my bookmarks after such a folly? Please say that there is...

I will have to check. I might have saved to my old hard drive. If that is the case, should I run the browser from the HD or are there files that can be copy/pasted?

@am9810 If there aren't any new bookmarks, you can just copy the Bookmarks file from the old profile and paste it into the new one.
