Dear All,
we'd like to inform you that Opera Mini for Android version 50 is out. It's now fully released on Google Play.
This version introduces a completely redesigned user interface powered by these new additions:
- Status Bar with breaking news, coming updates, and a data savings widget
- Personalization with new modes and themes
- New navigation bar with customizable feature shortcuts
- Speed Dial suggestions and auto-completion in the search bar
- More improvements

From the settings menu
"AdBlocking" is ON
"Acceptable Ads" is totally turned OFF
But failed to block any single Ad in Automatic & High mode.
Only Extreme mode is totally fine. Works Good. -

Thank you for the feedback.
We've found an issue with our server-side adblocking algorithms and we're working on fixing it right now. The good news is that since the fix will happen on the servers it should immediately apply to all of the clients, without any updates. -

I tried the new Version 50.0 now for more than two weeks and I am very frustrated. It looks no more as Opera but as Chrome. No more tabs in Tablet-Layout. It is much slower than before. I hate the Ad-Page that appears sometimes.
I went back to Version 47.2 - but I also will give the Vivaldi Browser a try now.

The Full Screen Ad Page frequently nagging in Opera Mini.

Good news. I will try Opera mini 50.0 new version definitely. Past I used the opera minis browser only now I am in chrome. Please solve all the issues I definitely on it. Thank you

Hi there. Any have any issues with livejournal.com in high saving mode, or opera mini economy mode, when data rendered through opera servers? Site just not load fully, no links to blogposts, pictures, commets. Same problem with java or symbian version.
