History Deletion - File-->Open list still available

After clearing ALL history for All Time including site data and preferences (everything) the Open File list is still available. (Ctrl + O) I've tried searching this in the registry, but unable to find. Any clue on where I might find this setting?

When you press the "Control Key" and then "o" key, in windows, the "File Open" dialog opens up so you can load a file manually. It will remember the last file opened. This entry is not removed when clearing cache. I'm guessing because it may be more of an explorer setting rather than an Opera setting... I think. What I usually do when working on a computer other than mine is clear everything when I'm done. It appears to only save the last entry. As soon as I open another random file, the actual file I was working on is gone, so it's not a big deal, but I was just trying to find where the entry is stored.

@docholiday It's Windows that remembers the last used folder, not Opera.

In Opera's "Preferences" files in the profile folder (see
opera://about
for the location), there's the select_file node with the last_directory value in it.That just stores the last directory though, not the last file loaded in that directory.
