Video is not played

My partners sent me a video https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjFqXJlpTvaHpDkb9RaWuJJSnRcv I have an error and I can not see it in Opera. But in Edge, Chrome, Firefox it plays correctly.

I am also unable to play it. It does work on Beta.

It doesn't work even in a clean profile.
At least if works fine in Beta, then will work soon in Stable too.

I've checked with Opera developer, Chrome and Firefox and I could only hear the sound.

In Opera stable the video didn't play.

The video that was sent to me contains a black screen and sound. That black screen is as it should be.

OK, thanks for the info. So at least here it plays on beta 46 and developer 47 so I guess it's a matter of time for it to play on a stable version.
