No login field at London Hydro

When I launch this page
https://www.londonhydro.com/site/#!/login
using Opera 68.0.3618.125 on Windows 10,
the email address and password fields do not appear.
works fine on Opera for Android and Edge browser on Windows 10.

I have reset Opera and cleared the cache. I've enabled everything that was blocked on the site. I've turned off the ad blocker and tracker blocker. I've tried it with the VPN on or off. I've had this problem on and off in the past and for the last few months I've just used Edge to use the website. So this isn't critical but I can't figure out why it won't fully load.
I realize on the login page that it doesn't recognize Opera as a tested browser.
Any suggestions? tks

@marcaccioc It appeared here after I've disabled the tracker blocker.

@leocg thanks - I already had it off, but I tried turning it on and off again. Login still doesn't appear.
