when the bookmareks bar is disabled, there is no problem with the video scale.

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit opera 45.0.2552.888
I think I'm not the only one who has this problem. I hope it will be solved soon.

Don't know how was in earlier versions, it happens in Beta and Dev as well.

It worked fine in the earlier versions. The problem came up since opera 45. I reported this problem earlier here
