Can't block Autoplay Media since upgraded to Chromium 80

Since upgraded to Chromium 80 and now Chromium 81, Opera for Android can't block Autoplay Media anymore.

@Heyheyhoh Even with autoplay disabled in settings? Here, Autoplay is blocked.

@leocg yes i've disabled autoplay media in settings. But the media keeps automatically playing.
