Playing streaming video on Opera Mini

Can Opera Mini (for iPhone) playing videos? I open the videos streaming links and it's automatically redirected to Safari Browser.

Afaik, Mini will call the phone's default player.
The problem is, Lots of websites, including the harmless ones are blocked in my country, so when the streaming links are opened in Safari, they're blocked. I've tried several browser apps for iPhone, Opera Mini is the only app that capable opens these websites. So Opera Mini is not able to open streaming links?

Nope, Mini can't play videos by itself afaik.
