I would like Opera to investigate an option where a File Download can be optionally configured to be scanned with VirusTotal (multiple engines).

@leocg I perfectly agree that virus scanning would be a prerogative of locally installed antivirus. However my suggestion is to ensure suspicious downloads could be quickly looked up against diversified virus detection engines that VirusTotal or Jotti offers because no antivirus could be 100% when it comes to confronting all malware.
