Not able to export passwords from Chrome to Opera in Android

Hello,
Please provide a feature to export passwords from Chrome to Opera. I am not able to browse seamlessly without syncing my data.
Is there any other way to sync passwords?

@anabadyo A tool for exporting Chrome passwords should be developed by Google.

I would need to check but I think it already exists.

@leocg Yes, it exists. Though, I have to go to passwords.google.com cause the inbuilt password manager in Chrome has this feature but does not work. Here's the screenshots:

After clicking it and choosing the desired output location, no file gets created. Seems like a faulty feature.
Anyway, passwords.google.com still works as of now. Here it is:

@leocg I have downloaded the passwords.csv file. Now, what to do?
