nothing loads on opera browser

I keep getting ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED when I try to access any site which started last night.
I tried restarting the PC it works for a minute and then go back to ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED any many other errors. but all sites are working fine in other browser
the internet works fine with other browser "chrom and firefox" however it doesn't on Opera or Opera GX !
please let me know how to solve this issue -
