Password recover

I reset my computer, installed the opera, logged into my opera account, but for some reason my saved passwords did not come back, can you help?

@MaDLoCK Passwords sync were enabled before? It's enabled now?

If you goto sync.opera.com and log in, does it show that there are passwords stored?
