I'm using Opera 67.0.3575.115 on Mac OS X 10.12.6. My email app is Polymail and I use Readkit for RSS. Since yesterday, when I click a link in Readkit or Polymail, the focus switches to the Opera window, but the link is not opened. Opera is my default browser. Right clicking and choosing "open link" also has no effect.

Thanks in advance if anyone can suggest a solution.

I temporarily set both Firefox and Safari as my default browser, and links from both my email and RSS app are opening as expected. When Opera is the default, the links don't open in the browser.

@bonafide Try setting Opera as defalut handler for htm/html files and http/https protocols.

@leocg Thanks for responding. I opened the info window for a .html file and set Opera as the default, then "change all", and restarted my desktop. Both email and RSS links are opening in Opera again. Do I need a Terminal command to do the same for the http/https protocols? Thanks so much for your help, I truly appreciate it.

@bonafide Sorry, no idea on how to do it on a Mac.
However, if things are already working, you probably don't need to do it.
