I cannot download anything. I receive a message "virus analysis could not be done". Can you help me?

@gillesp Disable Avast or, at least, its download scanner. Also, contact them asking how to solve the issue.

Yes , I am agree to the opinion , it may be a pop out case. (pop out = crashing, pop up= appear to, support it)
