Can't set own search engine as "default"

Hey guys,

I really love the Swisscows search engine. But when I add it to opera with the search query
https://swisscows.com/web?query=%s&region=de-DE
I don't have the option "set as default" when clicking on the three dots beside it.

Somehow this works in Google chrome, but not opera. Why?

@BluePicture As already mentioned in several topics about this subject, only the pre-defined search engines can be set up as the default one.
