@cenevre It's still listed at https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/#allow-insecure-localhost, so you might be able to pass that on the command-line (while Opera is closed).

Example:

"C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe" --allow-insecure-localhost
