Mouse middle click-not opening new tab

It seems this stopped working after one of the last updates? Surrely, I cant be the only one that has noticed this. I have wireless mouse, used with my HP All-In-One desktop.

@jeffve71 Here it sometimes doesn't work in the first try, I need to click two or three times.
