Two "Add to fav" buttons

Why do opera uses two different buttons with same function? Adding a page to favorite.

They do different things. The heart icon is to add a page to bookmarks and the plus icon in the bookmarks bar is to add a page to the bookmarks bar.

Those who don't use the bookmarks bar will never see that 'plus' icon.
