Cannot adjust VPN preferences ...

I just did a fresh installation of Opera 44.0.2510.1449 (PGO) on a Windows 10 notebook.

I can enable VPN from Settings, but cannot adjust VPN preferences using the button in the browser address field. Cannot see the amount of VPN traffic or change the virtual server location etc...

Are there other people having the same issue?
