Prime music won't stream anymore.

Prime Music quit streaming a couple weeks ago for me. Amazon swears it's not their problem, and they want me to install some app they have. For me, everything else works. I can stream their video, and stream music on other sites no problem. I have no other problems. So what idiot thing am I doing wrong?

hmmm, where did i put that dam list list...ah, so where does this one go...these might work:
1- stuff thats not worth the effort
2- problems nobody else has
3- things i dont need
4- stuff i got screwed out of
5- meh maybe one of these days
