high cpu usage watching videos/streams

So recently ive seen that watching videos or streams gets my cpu percentage high, even hits 100%. Any suggestions how to fix it?
Cpu: intel core i3 4000M 2.4ghz 3MB L3 cache

@kildor184 What codecs are used in those videos? Some may require a lot of the CPU, specially those that can't be hardware accelerated.

@kildor184 There is nothing you can do about it. I have high CPU usage all the time since the release of Opera 64.

@arkus1995 exactly, what happened, I started having heavy CPU usage on Facebook, normal sites, 30% on youtube ... they need to fix it

@marhyno22 for me - use 'n the new pip gets cpu down to bout 19/20%.. but use to opera would run that even less w/o pip (just reg window or full screen on youtube)..
