Missing google apps icons on Speed dail Bookmarks

So I have this Problem for a long time. I want to set normal Icons on the speed Dail.
By normal I mean a google maps Image for google maps and no website preview as an image. It just makes an not so good user experience when having more google apps on speed dial an it only shows the website preview.

I tried every other image with the Heart icon when on the Website but there are really no normal icons as for the apps or the ones you can set on firefox.

Can someone help me on how to put the usual app icons on speed dial. Or put customized Icons for speed Dail ?

@robi2121 You can onky use those images that you see when you click on the heart icon.
