Exiting Opera -- option to exit when I close last remaining tab?

Am I missing a setting somewhere? When I click close the last open tab, opera remains open. Is there a setting somewhere to have it close? Instead of having to mouse and click again to exit manually? (other windows browsers close by default.)

@mschubb Opera doesn't close when the last tab is closed and there isn't any setting to change it.
