How to restore speed dials

I can see my synced dials. How do I restore them to a new device? Thanks

Did you sign into the Opera app settings on your previous phone? If so:
Tap the Opera logo, tap Settings,.
Sign in, wait a couple of minutes for everything to sync.
Go to the Speed Dial page. Tap the icon that looks like a phone in front of a PC Monitor with a star on the screen.
You should see the your previous phone's Spreed Dials. Tap the 3 dot menu at the top left and choose Import.
