In Chrome i could relocate them in the order i wanted them to be, but i can't in Opera and it bugs me.

Yep, it's not possible to do it in Opera. However there seems to be extensions that allow it.

If you feel like a hero, you could edit your Preferences file and adjust the order to your liking. This is how I used to do it.

You may find the file in %appdata%/Opera Software/Opera Stable

relocate and hidde should be added since the extensions support...
