Extensions not working after crash

I've been using Opera without a hiccup for over 2 years now, but recently I had a crash and now none of my extensions are working, and no matter what I do, I am unable to reinstall them as it says that they are Installed, despite not showing up or doing anything. I've tried reinstalling Opera and recovering, nothing is working.

Did you restart since? Did you try disabling and then re-enabling them?
