Replace builtin PDF reader with Foxit PDF Reader

I am desiring to replace the lacking builtin PDF reader with the Foxit PDF reader, which provides for reading a PDF in a tab.

How may this be done?

Surely the wonderful Opera browser has the capability to use something other than default, lacking, reader.

@keith20mm You can't replace it. What you can do is to set up Opera to always download PDF files and open then in your preferred reader.
