In firefox you get a warning before closing multiple tabs.

It can be done with a Chrome extension.

It's posted here in the forums, just search for something like (Warning before close) here or in the Chrome Store.

That is very obviously the point. Users have been asking for this feature for years. All other browsers do it, there is no reason for opera not to have it. And there is NO reason not to add it in newer versions. None.
