Opera user instructions

I'm a new user of Opera 44, so am dependent upon instructions provided by Opera. Unfortunately, when I search for help in getting something done, and am directed to the Opera user instructions, I find a huge gap between Help and other instructions and the actual menu choices in Opera 44. Can someone direct me to the correct user guide for the current edition of the browser?

Pres F1 or go to Menu > Help like in (almost) all software.
