clean finished download stops also running download

Hi, I just recognized a problem with the last official 44.0.2510.857 (PGO) on Windows.
If there are running multiple downloads at the same time and some of them are finished already, I use this feature that reduces the download list to only the unfinished downloads which are still running.
With this mentioned version it removes all downloads (interrupts even the running downloads) and the icon disappears from the top right list.Please try to reproduce this.
I'm surprised this was not mentioned before my post yet and it seems to be an very annoying bug.best regards
