Where Is The Offline Installer For Opera Portable Mode (USB) ?

I'm driving myself crazy, I cannot find the offline package for Opera anywhere on the Opera website. everywhere has the stub installer. I want the offline package so I download it and install it without an internet connection or in case I will reinstall again?

Run the installer, click on Options, in Install for select USB.

There are also "Download the offline package" links on https://www.opera.com/download. As said, the portable option is right in the installer options.
