Hello!
So I have been using Opera Neon and I love it, although after some digging online, I've read somewhere that Opera stopped working on Opera Neon? is it true? Is this project being dropped? or It's still under development? -

Stopped working is the wrong term - Opera Neon is a concept browser. That's like a "concept car", it was built to demonstrate what they could do, to see which parts people like and dislike for possible inclusion in future production versions. There were never any plans for a future version of Neon, but some parts of it will be in a future version of Opera. Which parts? They haven't told us; we'll have to wait and see.
