Unable to launch Opera

Today for some reason I cannot open Opera. I am getting an error that reads, "Can't open user file directory, because you lack sufficient privileges. You might want to contact the administrator of this machine." I am the only user on my computer so this administrator error is perplexing. I have uninstalled/ reinstalled the program and I am still getting this error message. Opera was working fine earlier today and I don't know why this permission error is happening. Any suggestions?

Did you try to restart your computer? Are you using an account with admin rights? Did you try to login into your OS again?

Something similar appears to me when I copy my profile to Opera Install folder in C:/Program Files
Using Take Ownership command fix the problem.
You may use Ultimate Windows Tweaker, enable the option and apply it to your Opera profile or Opera install folder.
