It is possible to add it yourself, but it won't look right if you do.
I noticed an address in the tab for GX Corner when I opened it from the sidebar, just for a second. That address is opera://monday/ (Why? Who knows?) It is possible to edit an existing tile to change the URL to chrome://monday/ (Opera suggests "chrome:" when you type an "opera:" URL, so I just used that) and of course the title to "GX Corner" and it will work ... but the tile itself will say "monday" on it.

@sgunhouse That's GX Corner, not GX Control. GX Corner is the newsfeed thing, which I don't care about because I already have places that I get my news from. GX Control is the sidebar suite which allows you to throttle Network Speed, RAM Usage, and CPU Usage.
