Opera crashed and bookmarks were lost

Please help! opera crashed on 12.12.2019 and deleted all my bookmarks without the history. how can i recover them? ( version 65.0.3467.72 )

@alexandru003 Then I guess you are out of lucky.

If you didn't close Opera yet after the crash, try playing with the Bookmarks.bak file.

It could be possible than Opera to "auto-reset" itself if it has too many bookmarks on Speed Dial?
