How to add mailto: option

I tried to use a "contact us" on a webpage and Opera said no mailto was set. I looked up how to find the setting in the Handlers section and it showed "email" was set to open my webmail webpage. Since it wasn't working...I deleted it, thinking I would just add it back, to see if that fixed the original problem. How do I get the mailto or email (which is correct?) option back so I can re-add my webmail webpage?

What's your webmail? We might be able to tell you how to manually trigger the asking if Opera doesn't ask you.
