VPN was working fine for 3 months and, 3 days ago, it started to say "It's temporarily unavailable... Opera is resolving the problem bla bla."
I asked my friend who uses Windows and he says it's working fine.Is there anyone else experienced this problem? or is it just me?

@snowieez
Do you use Opera GX? There is the VPN service not working for several days now, while the VPN service for Opera Stable is running.

@Sneweis It is not the same for GX, it is only GX where the Opera VPN does not work. A misunderstanding?

I updated to Version:65.0.3467.48 and now my vpn is not working - no options except Europe - I turn on VPN and it stays stuck spinning in orange trying to connect with no luck. What can I do to fix this?

Vpn for opera windows saying vpn is temporarily unavailable after "Iran protesting issue" in this last month for Iran country ! we strangely need this service for bypassing censorship and improve privacy . so opera dev team please check this problem with upgrade vpn service to better mechanism . this service not working any more here.

Using Lubuntu, I am living in Turkey and I can't reach Opera VPN for like 6 days. But my friend who lives in Turkey and who uses Windows can reach it without problems.

I've been using the Opera VPN (for Win 10) for a couple of years now and I used to be able to leave it on all the time. In the last couple of months, I've had to turn it off more than it's on. It just flat out won't let websites load or once you're at a site, slows it down so much that the VPN has to be turned off.
What the heck happened?
