I am struggling to find up to date details as to how to create a lnk from a web page that I am viewing to my email. so easy with an icon/send link from other browsers. What am I missing? Just want starightforward answer for an old chap, please?

@dca2 There isn't such feature in Opera.
You can try an extension or simply copy the page address and paste it into a email message.
