They should appear bellow the title as they do in edge browser:

Disabling the ad-blockers doesn't solve the problem.

I don't have any problems with responses in Medium. Have you tried cleaning cookies?

I forgot I had blocked medium's cookies, so I simply unblocked them and the problem was resolved, you pointed me in the right direction, so thank you!
