Not enable remove on exit, no third party blockers, no new software that may be removing it

@toomakesense Nothing changed. Is the problem related to opera mini or its servers? I don't know this.

Also, i noticed that opera mini won't ask me if i want to save passwords or not. The other Opera app don't have this problem.

@leocg Maybe the problem other users are facing is related to what i mentioned. That's why i wrote that. Then, i am going to create a topic for this.
