I have the latest version of Opera. This site works great in other browsers and there are no problems with other webcam services in Opera. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

What version of Windows do you have? If it's 8.1, see https://forums.opera.com/topic/31745/some-videos-on-twitter-do-not-work. If it's Windows 10, is it an "N" or "Enterprise" version?
What version of Opera?
What does https://www.youtube.com/html5 say? Does it show that everything is supported?
Link to a Tweet that reproduces the problem?
Do you have an adblocker turned on in Opera? Using Opera's VPN? Any extensions installed in Opera?

Deactivate Built-in Vpn. Reason for not playing the video Built-in Vpn. Go to add-ons and install Install Chrome Extensions. Then install a Vpn plug-in from the Chrome store and go to the site and try again. You'il see the problem is solved.
