I know the go to response from people would be "it's the encoding/VP9/etc" but that doesn't explain why on Vivaldi with the exact same addons installed, I don't experience that issue

Does Opera GX use the latest Chromium as base? It might give some performance boost

@leocg looks like Opera GX is on 76.0.3809.132 while Vivaldi is on 77.0.3865.121
