just cought it time to time... sometimes tabs are pinned, somethimes they are not.

That's exactly the problem. Sometimes, maybe 2 or 3 restarts and it's OK, then not pinned on the next start.
Hope the fix will also apply to linux.

Fix for this is in the new Opera Stable build 64.0.3417.73. Make sure you update and confirm that it's fixed please.

@burnout426 seems it was fixed, but sometimes it looked the same - few times it was ok, but after some time it was broken again ) think we need two-three days more to check. for now - it works fine.
