Tab gets blank when dragged across multiple monitors

I have a 3 monitor setup and if I drag a tab onto another monitor
the tab contents will became entirely blank and I need to create a
new tab on the same window and then switch back to the previous tab
and that will fix the glitch.

Is this a known issue?

Windows 10 x64
nVidia GTX 770

I remember have seen other comments about it.

It's a really annoying glitch which makes me want to switch back to Chrome
