[Solved]Google search tools bar not working in Opera

As of this morning I have noticed that if I do a google search and want to refine the results using the search tools, such as selecting a date range etc, I can't. I click the tools button and the tool headings appear, but the pull-down menu on the tools don't work, clicking them does nothing. A restart made no difference. The tools work in Chrome and other browsers, so not a google issue.

Anyone else come across this?

Was currently on 63.0.3368.107, just updated to 64.0.3417.61 but issue remains. Will see if it is still there after a system reboot (when I can do that, too much open at the moment).

Any difference if you go to opera://flags and enable the Chromium UA compatibility one?

@ledsalesoz Maybe you should try with a clean Opera profile.

Ok, just remembered I've fixed weirdness like this before by deleting cookies, so deleted all google cookies and problem is gone.
