I do not recall that similar problems have been reported recently.
Can you please at least name your OS, your Opera version and the add-ons you use so that we can better understand your situation?
It would also be helpful to know how you installed Opera (stand-alone, for the current user or for all users) and in which destination folder.

Windows 10, Opera Ver : 63.0.3368.94
Extensions : Adguard, Twitch NowI installed it on default folder but I used mklink command to create a junction with my HDD. Because I dont want opera cache files on my SSD.

So, you just have "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Opera Software\Opera Stable" pointing to a folder on your HDD?
If so, I'm assuming that should be okay, but have you tried (for testing purposes) just having the cache folder on your SSD in the default location to see if your extensions survive an update? That'd at least tell you if it's some weird behavior with the cache junction. Extensions aren't stored in the cache etc., but still something to test.

even it fixes the problem@Sharp1903 I use the same Opera version as you, also on Windows 10, but I install Opera always as a stand-alone version.
The folder
Cache, in which mainly the write accesses occur during browsing, is a subfolder of...\profile\dataon my computer, as well as several extension-related folders:Instead of applying the junction to Opera's complete profile folder, you could try restricting it to the cache folder instead, so that the Cache folder would still be on your HDD instead of your SSD.

even it fixes the problem@Sharp1903, please note that my proposal is slightly different from burnout426's one:
- @burnout426 suggested to allow temporarily the cache folder access on your SSD (which you don't want, as you made clear),
- my suggestion is to shift only the cache folder access to the HDD, but to leave all other accesses on the SSD.
I assume that I have understood your information correctly: The SSD is your main drive, on which you have installed Opera for the current or all users, but you want to shift the write accesses of the cache folder to a conventional HDD, maybe in view of the lifespan of the SSD. I'm not a native English speaker, and I hope I understood that correctly.

@Sharp1903 I think it's my bad. Because Opera-Stable folder was in Temp folder of Windows. Temp folder is easy target for deletion when you use windows
