Nothing has changed.. and why should i do all this things instead Opera do the right browser? (sorry for my english, im from Russia)

You can try https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stylish-custom-themes-for/fjnbnpbmkenffdnngjfgmeleoegfcffe or https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-css/okpjlejfhacmgjkmknjhadmkdbcldfcb for example to customize the the font-color of the site.
You might try a reader mode extension too.

@leocg I wasnt talking about the web pages themselves as someone else posted.
I was only refering to the bookmarks bar and title bars where years ago you could select color, but that went away with Win 10. What I just lost is my fonts on the boolmark bars were bold type and now their just plain and hard to read. That happened when I updated last wee.
Chrome did the same thing about 8 months ago so its not something unique -

@metamod I can't, I don't work for Opera. Also, fonts seem fine here.
